The Room was Very nice and the bed was cosy. The owner was very friendly.
Even though it was nice, the breakfast consisted of a self service style only serving Tea, Coffee, a Scone or a Croissant. A Full Irish Breakfast would have been nice also.

The room was comfortable and clean.
It was a room-only booking, but as well as tea and coffee making in the room, there was also a coffee machine downstairs.
As a room-only booking, I had to go looking for breakfast but that was what I expected. You can walk into Athlone easily, and there are cafes a short drive away.

Jim was the perfect host!he couldn’t do enough for me and my sister-he even drove us to the venue of the wedding we were attending!!
