Výborná lokalita, skvělé služby, naprosto výjimečná snídaně
Jediný problém byly přetopené pokoje, kde se topení nedalo regulovat a celou noc jsme museli mít otevřené balkónové dveře, jinak by jsme nemohli dýchat

Lokalizacja blisko i do kolejki narciarskiej i do centrum miasteczka. Wszędzie bardzo czysto i w hotelu i w otoczeniu. Wyborne śniadania z wysokiej jakości produktami, które na przestrzeni tygodnia się zmieniały więc nie było ciągle to samo. Świetny basen i sauna na zewnątrz, a także w środku. Personel profesjonalny i bardzo przyjazny. Pokoje duże i przestronne.

The location is really close down to the center and super easy to reach the ski area.
I felt uncomfortable at night due to the uncontrolled mess of some guests. Children shouting at the lobby, playing soccer using sliding doors as a net, I could also hear shouting and dogs barking from my room, people slamming doors and running (presumably children) in the corridors until 10.30 PM. I know education is a personal preference, but, in my view, employees had to assume their own responsibility to get the situation under control.
