The centre heating and hot water could be on longer than 2 hours as it was from 27th Nov to the 3rd December and it was cold weather?

attentive hosts very accessible and great communication
the property is on the margins of the village, fine but a good 10 minute walk after a hard day could be a struggle! that said its very quiet and on main route into village
