This 2bedroom flat is located on the 4th floor (with elevator) in centre of Sitia city. Fully equipped with all necessary facilities this flat is perfect for family or fiends holidays all year-round.

In the main space you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a dinning table for up to 4, the sitting area with a very comfortable sofa and the satellite TV. The master bedroom has a double bed and the 2nd bedroom 2 single beds. All rooms have Air-condition and wardrobes for our guests' use. There is also a spacious bathroom with shower and the washing machine.
From the living room you have access to a big furnished terrace where you can enjoy your morning coffee or dinner.

Despoina is a wonderfull Host. She was always available and very quick acting if there was any Problem.

This apartment exceeded our expectations. Not only was it exactly as described and as the pictures showed, it was better in real life. Very spacious lounge area with comfy seating. The kitchen has plenty of equipment and a large Fridge/freezer. Super bathroom with a washing machine, and all the powder/conditioner needed to enable us to wash most of our clothes before we left. The views from the massive balconies was stunning. Being riggt in the town centre you can walk to loads of cafes & tavernas very easily. Right opposite is a bakery/cake shop that sells the most amazing ice cream. Our host, Despoinia was super efficient, explained everything we needed to know and was very ea sy to gef hold of w hen we had a question. Overall a very nice place to stay and we would not hesitate to stay again and we are very happy to recommend this apartment.

Pros
Great location - beach 10 minutes walking, several grocery stores including bakeries and butcher 2-3 minutes away walking.
Close to all restaurants and the promenade
Despoina is a fabulous host and responds quickly if there is a concern
Large apartment with comfortable beds and sofa
Very large veranda for sunrise/sunset viewing
Washing machine with clothesline on 1 side and drying rack on the other
A/C and heater in every room
Screens on all windows and door with a great cross breeze so A/C doesn’t need to be on as much
Hot water was plentiful
Absolute best wifi we have found in Crete
Cons:
Washing machine awkward to access
Toilet space cramped beside washer
Traffic noise makes it difficult to sit on veranda as it’s located on the main road into Sitia but does get quiet about 11 PM
We are used to grilling in our rentals but a grill was not allowed at this rental
Light water pressure
I would like to give this property 5 stars but the noise outside stops me from that
