About this apartment rental
This luxury apartment is well appointed and furnished to a high standard throughout with underfloor heating and sleeps 6/7 people. It is located on the first floor and comprises 2 double bedrooms with extra large beds, 1 bunk bedroom and a further mezzanine bedroom (accessed by ladder), two fully tiled bathrooms and an additional separate toilet. (2 toilets in total) The modern kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine etc. There is a large open plan dining area and living area with wood burning fire, flat screen smart satellite TV (Austrian/German/CNN channels) DVD and CD player. Free wifi/WLAN is also available in the apartment. In addition the apartment has 2 balconies and stunning mountain views, outdoor furniture and access to a ski and boot storage area with heated boot racks. There is also secure bike storage. Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, fully tiled shower room with walk-in shower, toilet and sink unit with cupboards, dining area for up to 7 people and comfortable seating for 7 people. Private parking is available outside the apartments. The apartment is ideally located 5 minutes by car or free ski bus from the main gondola station which provide access to great skiing and is well placed for restaurants, bars and a wealth of activities for all ages in both winter and summer.
SKIING: Scheffau lies at the hear of the 'SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser Brixental', Austria's largest interconnected ski area allowing easy access to the nearby resorts of Ellmau, Going, Soell and Westendorf. The main gondola station is situated approximately 5 minutes away by car or there is a free ski bus which stops outside the gates. Ski and boot hire is available at the base of the gondola station and equipment can also be left there overnight for a small fee.
GOLF: The golf courses in Austria are open from late April through to November. They are relatively flat compared to their mountainous surroundings and a couple of days strolling the fairways breathing in the alpine air will leave you feeling revitalised, refreshed and healthy. Locally there is the 9-hole Golfplatz 'Kaisergolf' and the 27-hole Golfplatz 'Wilder Kaiser' (5906 metres, Par 71).

Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war schnell und unkompliziert. Die Wohnung ist super ordentlich, geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Es gab zusätzlich Seife in beiden Bädern und Handtücher zusätzlich. Darüberhinaus gab es einen wunderschönen Ausblick vom Bad aus. Die Küche hat alles was man benötigt. Die Vermieter sind sehr bemüht und haben uns sogar ihren eigenen Gasgrill geliehen.
Absolut weiterzuempfehlen! Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen. Danke

Wir sind von unseren Vermietern sehr herzlich begrüßt worden. Die vorab Kommunikation per Mail hat toll geklappt. Die Wohnung liegt in einer kleinen Appartementanlage direkt am Fluss. Die Bushaltestellen sind nicht weit weg. Zwei gute Restaurants sind per Fuß in 10 Minuten zu erreichen sowie ein EBike Verleih und zwei kleine Bergsportgeschäfte. Wir haben zwei schöne Ferienwochen dort verbracht. Man kann viel unternehmen, die Landschaft ist einfach wunderschön! Mein einziger Minuspunkt ist die viel befahrene Straße neben dem Fluss. Auf den Balkonen kann es dank der Straße und starkem Wasserrauschen laut werden. In der Wohnung hört man bei geschlossenen Fenster jedoch nichts.
