Très belle maison de campagne dans le coeur de la Touraine (Vallé de la Loire). Ce logement pour vacances peut accueillir jusqu'à 12 personnes (lit bébé et lit pliant supplémentaire sur demande). Internet limité Une très belle piscine partagée est accessible à 5 minutes en voiture. La MERCERIE is located on the boarder of the Domaine de Vau Rozet, surrounded by beautiful nature. A quiet and peaceful place, ideal for a family holiday or a break with friends. The house, which has been newly refurnished and charmingly decorated, has 3 en suite double bedrooms and one dorm with bunk beds, one fully equipped kitchen and a generous living room. The property can host up to 12 people. In summer, you can use the garden and terrasse to sunbath or have BBQs. A large garden with a beautiful lake, as well as a big forest are available for outdoor activities, such as sports and nice walks. A shared swimming pool is accessible at the main property (very short distance by car) for relaxing moments. A full time concierge will assist our guests during their staying. The property is located in the heart of the Loire Valley, in the natural park «Parc naturel régional Loire-Anjou-Touraine». It is part of the private Domaine de Vau Rozet and sits in a beautiful setting, surrounded by private and fenced garden. It's a place of utmost tranquility and peace and offers you the space and nature that any busy mind needs to truly relax, switch off and enjoy! The next town, Bourgueil, is only 10 minutes away and offers plenty of vineyards, restaurants, local farmers market, supermarket etc. The picturesque town of Chinon is only 20 minutes away, as is Saumur. The area has plenty of castles, markets, vineyards etc to offer. If you are looking for something a bit more special, the famous zoo La Flèche is also only a 20 minute drive away. For the racing fans among you, Le Mans is 30 min away. The best option would be to come by car, as the property is in pure countryside. A BBQ grill is provided for private use.

Rien à dire, propreté, équipement, jaccuzzi...
Le gite est plein milieu de la forêt, c'est très paisible.
La piscine se trouve sur l'autre gite mais c'est vraiment à 2mn en voiture et ca vaut le détour.
Christelle est disponible et très agréable.

Location 12 personnes maxi avec un mobilier et une décoration de grande qualité. De très bonne literie avec lit fait. Salle de bain privative ds chaque chambre avec serviettes en grand nombre à disposition et sèche cheveux. Bois pour cheminée. Maison dans un hameau très très retirée entourée de bois au calme. Jaccuzzi très appréciable. Je recommande cette location.
