Struttura un po' datata, ascensore vecchio stile con apertura a spinta. Per il parcheggio come in tutta Viareggio bisogna essere fortunati e trovare qualcosa nelle vicinanze

The rooms were clean and the AC was functional, which is of particular importance during the warm summer months. Staff were nice and friendly. Very attractive location with less than 2 minute walk to the beach.
The breakfast contained many sweet pastries and cereal but limited fresh vegetables. I would prefer a bigger variety with more healthy food options.
The room I stayed in was adequate, but nothing more. Besides desks and a wardrobe, there was very limited space to maneuver around within.
