Just an easy and scenic drive north of the Golden Gate Bridge and you will find yourself in Healdsburg, a charming yet quite upscale city with a small town feel and the gateway to the award-winning Sonoma County wine region. The Alexander Valley and the Dry Creek Valley are home to many of the finest wineries and vineyards in Sonoma County.
This beautiful Healdsburg home offers over 1,500 sq ft of living space with a private 2 car garage and 2 decks for relaxing with a glass of Sonoma County wine. In keeping with the high quality of design, the home includes climate controlled heating and air conditioning, cherry hardwood flooring on the ground floor, carpet on the second level, and crown molding throughout. The over-sized living room includes a 60 inche smart HDTV with soundbar and sub for higher quality sound, large comfy sectional couch, writing desk, pub table and chairs, and gas fireplace. The kitchen includes granite slab counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and anything anyone one would need for cooking and entertaining. The second floor features vaulted ceilings, two large bedrooms with queen beds, and an elegant master bath with soaking tub. A gas BBQ grill also conveniently located on the front porch for cooking at home and in home dining.
The Common Area includes an inviting saltwater swimming pool, gas BBQ, and bocce court.
Enjoy a Farmers Market on Tuesday's and Saturdays or Music on the Plaza on Tuesday nights during the summer, all within a short walk from the home.
