About this apartment rental
Casa Bella Mia is located in the secure and safe well known complex Casa Ceiba, across from Margaritas Restaurant. A spacious, open living two bedroom/ two bath penthouse unit is on the third floor overlooking the beautiful blue pool. Only a three minute walk to Playa Madera Beach, a five to eight minute level walk to shopping and restaurants, one block from a taxi stand and a ten minute walk to a large grocery store where you can find everything you need to prepare a lovely meal in our spacious kitchen. You buy the food and you are ready to relax! A taxi ride to the grocery store is approximately $2.00 US. Casa Ceiba is a beautiful tropical paradise with traditional Mexican architecture, very well maintained with a friendly and helpful staff. Our manager Vanessa will greet you upon arrival to introduce you to the unit and help to make your stay more comfortable. The unit has a full size refrigerator, gas range, blender, toaster, dishes, cookware, drink ware, silverware and storage containers. The two bedrooms are spacious, air conditioned and also have fans with linens provided. Two TV's and a DVD player are in the condo. Internet and drinking water are provided. The main living, dining and kitchen area is open air with several ceiling fans and a lovely view of the complex common area. Because the unit is an upper level penthouse, it is private as well. For guests staying longer than a week, once a week maid service and clean linens are provided. Casa Bella Mia is a non-smoking unit but there is a designated smoking area. The taxi ride from the Ixtapa/Zihatanejo Airport is about a 15 minutes. Please check our calendar for availability. Discounts will be provided for 30 night or longer stays. I believe if you have the courage to simply book this condo and purchase your airline tickets and pack your warm weather clothes and bathing suits, perhaps a Bluetooth speaker and that’s it, you will have the time of your life. Just show up and emerge yourself in this vibrant euro style neighborhood, and start the calming process. The condo is perfect, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms ample kitchen and quant living room with a big television and necessary entertainment apps. Internet connection is probably the weakest aspect of the experience, but it’s still adequate. The local restaurants are incredibly good and ridiculously convenient. Simply put, I’ll be back!!!

The property is well equipped, I can’t think of one thing missing. Absolutely spotless and the staff were incredibly helpful. No need for a car walking distance to everything. Thank you for sharing your property with us!!

The location of the condo is perfect, close to restaurants and the beach. The security in building is great, very secure and safe. Amenities in the condo were very good and well stocked, it even came with some beer, condiments, coffee etc. Water was supplied at the desk too. Which was very easy to get it refilled. Everyone staying there was friendly. The staff is very polite and the grounds well taken care of. The beds in the condo were very comfortable, the bathrooms very clean. We were very pleased. We would recommend to others and we may return one day.
