The hotel is placed in typical Koprivshtitsa house, actually two of them. The room was cozy, small but it's an old house so exactly as expected. The host was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, it was enough hot water, beautiful view, small garden and we had actually a free parking spot inside the house, very nice. The bed was unexpectedly comfortable and strong.
Stuff like the wooden windows and old floor, but it's not actually a thing, because we wanted to stay in old bulgarian house, so it's just not so comfortable as a typical hotel. The streets around the building are narrow and the garden door too, but like I said, part of the charm of the city as whole.

The garden is beautiful, the traditional Bulgarian breakfast was very simple but tasty. The staff was kind. It has a nice view to the mountains.
The shower suddenly got cold and we neither of us could finish the shower with warm water.
The bathroom doesn't have a cabin shower, so you flood the bathroom every time you shower.
There's no parking space (even on the street), and the Wi-Fi was not working.

Outdoor and the view is beautiful. Also the women who make the braekfast was very good.
We were with small children, and the road from the center to the house is cobblestone, so it’s impossible to use a stroller, which made our stay very difficult.
There is no parking nearby, you have to walk about 100 meters.
They accommodated us in a basement that smelled of dampness.
