Location was stunning, we were ground floor apartment with back doors opening directly on to a garden right beside the lake. There was even swim steps into the lake but was too cold in March to take a swim. View of the lake was spectacular.
Everything as described was perfect.

Location is great, nice premises and easy to find, wanted to have front view apartment but they were taken.
The hotel needs to look in to their check in/out policy.
Check in after 16:00 and check out between 9-10 am.
After some discussions we could check in at 15:00 and check out at 12:00
But over all it is nice hotel and Marco the owner is friendly and understanding person

The apartment has a beautiful lake view, and the balcony is a real highlight. The space was a ok size for three people, and supermarkets are an easy drive away. Parking was free.
We stayed for 10 days during the holidays to relax after our busy lives in the city. However, our stay was too long given what the property offers. Despite booking the penthouse in September, we did not receive the unit with the front lake-view kitchen and lake-view bedroom, which was very disappointing. I wish we could reserve the exact apartment we chose at the time of booking to avoid such disappointment. Each apartment has a name, so this could be easily done.
Noise was the biggest issue; we could hear everything from the apartments beside and below us. Most nights, we could hear people talking past midnight, and early in the morning. Additionally, the hot water was sometimes inconsistent, which was uncomfortable in December.
Lastly, one cleaning was provided, but as a courtesy, since it is usually charged. Also you need to buy coffee pods since only a few are given; extras can be purchased from the hotel. Be aware of extras fees.
