Lovely hotel with lots of rooms, great pool area, very comfortable sun beds, waiter service outside. Breakfast was very very good with big selection of hot and cold food, I loved the roasted peppers in the morning. Very nice views from breakfast and dining room. Excellent value for money I got the country style room which was cheapest and still a big size. Location is higher up so great views. Staff friendly. Shuttle bus on sites. The only down side was the spa which you have to pay 24 euros for separately which is misleading as it's run my another company and it's not worth the money, the sauna is a wet sauna which you have to pour loads of water on and it not hot or effective! This was the biggest disappointment and I think they need to state that more clearly upfront. Otherwise a very comfortable stay with a non expensive mini mart by reception

An excellent choice for a relaxing holiday. The hotel is spread out on the side of a hill offering fine views. A free shuttle connects different parts of the hotel and the nearby beach. Good staff and food. Heated outdoor pool very welcome for a stay in late October.

We’ve stayed at this hotel before, but unfortunately this visit was quite disappointing and frustrating from start to finish. First, the check-in experience set a negative tone. The front desk representative, Souzana, was not welcoming at all. Because we had stayed here previously, she assumed we remembered everything and didn’t bother to explain anything about the hotel or our stay. A bit of courtesy and a smile would’ve gone a long way. Second, for the third time now, we were told we needed to pay an additional local tax of €75 — even though we clearly prepaid all taxes through Agoda (as shown in the booking confirmation). In the past, they eventually gave up after seeing the proof. This time, they insisted and sent us to sort it out with Agoda ourselves, saying they “can’t contact Agoda.” I ended up spending hours at the beginning of my vacation dealing with customer service. It was stressful and unpleasant, and only after significant effort did Agoda agree to credit me the amount in AgodaCash. Third, the room itself was far from 5-star quality. The curtains didn’t fully cover the windows, so light flooded the room every morning at 7am — not exactly ideal for a vacation. The bed was small and uncomfortable, especially for taller people, and the bathtub (which they conveniently never show in photos) was tiny, slippery, and impractical to use. Showering in it was more frustrating than relaxing. Lastly, the most upsetting experience happened during breakfast. As Jewish guests, a serious mistake was made regarding our food. I won’t go into detail because I believe it was an honest human error, and the chef did apologize sincerely and tried to make amends — which we appreciated, even though we didn’t ask for anything. All in all, despite a previous decent stay, this visit left a bad impression. Between the unhelpful service, recurring billing issues, poor room conditions, and the breakfast incident, we’ve decided we won’t be coming back.
