Definitely the location on Muckross Rd is an advantage, keeping you out of the crowded town centre but only a 5 Min walk away. Irish breakfast great, staff friendly, beds very comfortable and bathroom well appointed.

We had an incredible experience, the staff was extremely kind from the beginning to the end of the stay, the room was impeccable, very cosy, the breakfast was wonderful, I recommend everyone looking for a stay in Killarney to stay at Ardeee house.

As stated great location, great staff, great price. Only suggestions I have is:
Coffee/Tea should ber available in the room. After a long day of diving and wanting to veg out in your room, unfortunately you have to go to the common room pour your cuppa and takew it to the room... Lastly the shower just didn't have enough pressure. All said and done I would go back again.

The room provided is an ensuite. It’s very spacious and clean. Bath towels, Flat iron and hair dryer are included in the room. No need to ask for them. There’s a tea provided in the dining hall. Reception is very responsive and accommodating. You can leave your luggage as well. We enjoyed our visit here.
