About this house rental
Between Perros-Guirec and Locquirec, in a very quiet setting, 5 minutes from the beach of Saint Michel en Grève, we offer you our fully renovated farmhouse.
On the ground floor :
- Living room with sofa, television, DVD player, board games, children's toys.
- Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, traditional oven and microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, small appliances (coffee maker, nespresso, toaster, kettle, raclette machine, fondue ...)
- Dining Area.
- A bathroom.
- Separate toilet with hand basin.
- Cellar with washing machine, dryer, freezer.
Upstairs :
- A bedroom with a 160X200 bed, TV.
- A bedroom with a 90X200 bed and a modular bed for one or two people.
- A bathroom with toilet.
- An office area.
Outside :
- Bike room
- Private courtyard 70 m2 fenced with garden furniture, parasol, deckchairs, barbecue.
To know :
- Free WIFI.
- Baby equipment loan (cot, high chair, cane stroller).
- Close to the house of the local owners

Un accueil chaleureux et fort sympathique nous a été réservé lors de notre séjour chez Sterenn et David.
Location correspondant en tous points à son descriptif à savoir super équipement cuisine literie très confortable......

Freundlicher Empfang durch Vermieterin.
Perfekt eingerichtetes , sehr sauberes Haus mit 2 Schlafzimmern (beide im Dachgeschoss mit elektr. Außenrollo).
Betten sehr breit mit guter Matratze und mit perfektem frisch bezogenen Bettzeug.
Perfekt eingerichtete Küche mit Herd, großem Kühlschrank. Mikrowelle , Toaster, etc. (selbst mit Fondue und Raclette!)
Nebenraum mit separatem Gefrierschrank (3 Schubfächer),
Waschmaschine und Trockner sowie Wäscheständer.
Terrasse mit Gartenmöbel .
Das Haus hat unsere Erwartungen weit übertroffen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Excellent séjour dans cette magnifique maison typique tout confort, il n'y a absolument rien à redire.
Les hôtes sont très accueillants et chaleureux. Encore merci pour les petits cadeaux de bienvenue.
Nous recommandons à 100% cette location. Repos et vacances réussies assurées.

Maison au calme parfaitement équipée pour 4 personnes. Accueil très chaleureux et attentionné. A deux pas des falaises de Tredez et de la plage. Lieu de villégiature idéal pour rayonner dans la région. Excellent rapport qualité prix
