Bright 100 sqm living area with bedroom (double bed 180x200), kitchen, bathroom, toilet, spacious living room (sofa bed 180x200), terrace and garden.
Equipped with fireplace, TV, Internet, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, iron and ironing board.
The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, glasses and cutlery for up to 6 people.
The beds are depending on the season with winter or Summer blankets are provided and are ready for you upon your arrival.
The windows can be completely darkened with a roller shutter. From the bedroom a balcony door leads into the garden. The quiet garden location ensures a relaxed sleep.
SLEEPING BED: In the back of the living room is a sofa, which can be converted into a cozy sleeping place for 2 more people. An additional mattress topper ensures sufficient comfort.
For rainy days or long evenings, there is a collection of board games for you.

Wir haben zwei Wochen in der sehr sauberen und sehr geräumigen Ferienwohnung verbracht und können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen. Vom Standort der Wohnung können viele schöne Radtouren unternommen werden. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We ve got a perfect stay. The house is very nog with a beautiful private garden. A swimming lake is at 100m walking distance. Muggensturm is not a very nice collage, although the pizzeria in the park is good with a Nice terrace. Baden baden is nearby and a Nice city. Alltogether a definite recommandation!
