I believe her name is Marsha at check in & she was very abrupt & did not want to give us any info on the area & what there was to do . On asking abt eating places she did not give us any info . We even lad to ask her to give us a map so we know where we were going etc . Also we’re not given info on beach clubs . Otherwise the other staff were very nice & helpful esp the young kids there .
Breakfast could have been more elaborate with wider choices which were not available. Also no proper lounge to hang around for drinks or have coffee etc .
Also was a little far for me to walk down to the square almost 3/4 mile & not 1/2 mile as they claimed .
All lights did not work in the room & it was very annoying with the motion detector lights that didn’t come on several times leaving me to walk in the dark with the danger of hurting myself . No exhausts in bathroom or toilet area making it musty & smelly .
