Very nice property . Outdoor pool was closed during our stay, so we only could use the one on the roof and indoor. Rooftop pool was very nice (although, the view is not as spectacular as on the pictures). Indoor pool had a high temperature water, which to my taste was too much, but maybe someone likes the thermal effect (with a chlorine smell). Buffet wasn’t really something extra- just minimal selection of veggies and fruits. Main dish for dinner was a 50g weight. If you stay for only one night, you won’t use the lunch option. So, it’s not All inclusive as one can imagine and expect. But you won’t stay hungry during the day.
While housekeeping and reception staff were super sweet, f&b people were terrible. The only reason i lowered my rating - to get management attention to this problem. Waiters never smiled , half didn’t speak English, some didn’t speak German. We had to wait for the main course longer than an hour and got blamed for that by the waiter. He was rude and trying to justify himself.

The hotel facilities are amazing, the decoration too, the food it's very very good, the location is good.
The staff organisation is very very poor, lacks english knowledge and they are not friendly at all.
I sent 2 different messages ( per booking.com & per email ) to request some champagne, flowers & chocolate in the room upon my arrival but nothing was done and nobody even apologized or talked about my request! I made the request more than 24h before our arrival!
Upon our arrival, they gave us a room but without a number lol lol and only later they told us the room number... They were completely lost...
Nobody even took our luggage to the room on the 3rd floor or gave us explanations about the hotel organisation and facilities...
From their huge catalogue of massages they only had 1 kind of massage available, so we did that one and nothing more... Even if we would like to experience other kind of messages...
The all inclusive formula that we took, it's good but not the best thing, because they start cleaning everything at the buffet almost 1h before closing and the open bar on the main hall it's a completely and illusion because it's always crowded and they don't have enough or qualified staff to do all the requests... We waited until after 22h30 when the all inclusive formula finished and we ordered some cocktails very expensive to drink because there were less people in the bar...
Once we did the check out, nobody even said goodbye or asked if the stay was good, they just printed the final invoice and asked the credit card 😂
Maybe some people like this kind of treatment, but for us it definitely doesn't work, mainly when I had an invoice of 1300€ for only 3 nights 😂.
We travel around the world, and we don't have any problems paying the price they asked, BUT they need to provide US a quality service and not a service like this one.
For sure we will return to this beautiful city on the mountains BUT for sure not on this hotel spa 4 stars as they call themselves 😂 .
