The hotel is big and the food is quite good, but overall the experience was disappointing. The room was much smaller than actually size (maybe because of balcony) and there was no sofa bed as shown in the pictures and description. When we asked the hotel staff, they insisted it was the right room but didn’t apologize or offer any solution. The hotel feels overcrowded — the parking area is always full, and the pool was too noisy and crowded to enjoy. Although the hotel itself is spacious, it was almost impossible to book a table for dinner (only can eat at a boring buffet), which was very inconvenient and some staff there was not friendly).

The hotel is newly renovated. The room was nice, but the toilet was dirty upon arrival, the bathroom floor was also dirty, the bedside tables were also dirty, there were white stains on the couch. I had to disinfect and wash everything, so I did not let housekeeping into the room during my stay. This should not happen in a 4* hotel.
The resort is very spacious. As an active person, I did not mind it, but next time I would not book a bungalow and prefer a room in the hotel. There are buggies available to move you around the hotel area.
The food and restaurant were great. Possibility of lunch and dinner on the beach. Fresh salads, the food was delicious.
The pools are nice and well-maintained, clean. The gardens are beautiful and the surroundings of the resort are really beautiful.
The beach must be very full during the high season, it's quite small, but tidy. There is a beach bar, the lady is making amazing pancakes. :)
