My family and I spent 10 nights in the Prestige room and it was a great experience. I chose this hotel due to its high cleanliness rating and it didn't dissapoint. For being a small hotel, it was very comfortable and fully equipped. Even though it's not located that close to the city center, it was easy to get anywhere we wanted using subway lines 9 and 10. I would definitely go back to Queens hotel my next time in Paris.
For me, it took a couple of days to get used to the continuous trembling of the building due to subway lines underground. Of course, that's not the hotel's fault, I guess it happens everywhere in Paris, but some travellers may not like it, if it's their first time in the city.

small hotel with a very friendly staff. Everything was perfectly clean and well-maintained.
The room was not big, but it was cozy and had everything I needed. Overall, a very pleasant stay!

Convenient location, clean room.
Heavily increased the price of the room due to the event we were attending.
Flight of stairs to climb after taking the lift to the 5th floor.
No proper shower, large bath with a shower attachment, but no curtains or glass door to stop water going on the floor, had to kneel in the bath to shower as unable to stand up.
