Lovely hotel with a lot of attention to detail just a very short walk away from Maastricht train station. Staff were friendly and helpful and the room was cosy and spotlessly clean.

The place was very welcoming and the staff were very kind. We were offered complementary drinks (mint water and homemade ice tea) and 24/7 coffee and tea. The hotel had a ‘living room’ which consisted of multiple tables and couches to sit on whilst also providing board games ( made it very homey). The beds were comfortable and the pillows huge. Amazing place definitely recommend
I did have some issues paying online however the staff were able to fix this immediately.

spacious room(upgraded), very clean, professional staff, home like atmosphere !
located just across the road from the main train station (3 minutes walk!)
breakfast has fine ingredient and delicious.
the bonus is the soup and coffee and tea at the reception area all day long!
value for money (too pricy for my reservation time)

Clean, good location near station and parking, friendly and helpful staff.
Our room was on the ground floor, street side and the first one you see when you open the door in the hallway we did have a lot of noise from the street for example people walking by talking loudly cars and trains as well as the door in the hall way constantly being opened and closed that made a loud noise.
