The staff were lovely. Our room was clean and comfortable . The breakfast was really tasty and hot.
For a family there was one bath towel and one hand towel. It would have been more convenient if there had been plug sockets near the bed.

Nice hotel & room, enjoyed the spa & food was great also
There was a function on so it felt like being above a rave, the music was far to loud until all hours, ruined the relaxing night away, probably should let people know when booking

Staff were lovely with our dog. Moved our room when we complained about a loud.noise feom.the bathroom.

Great location for an overnight stopover on way to Highlands.
Staff made an average hotel into a good one with their lovely manner and can do attitude.
Food was good for price.
Advantage of a pool, gym, decent steam room and sauna.
The pool smells a little strange.
The room had tired decor but our friends had better.
