Lovely location on Neptune's Staircase. Good sized room. Cosy bar. Friendly staff.
Rooms are a bit dated. Not keen on outlook over roof and looked over by another room.

Very good food
Poor housekeeping. Dirty towel on back of bathroom door on arrival. Stained carpet. Tea coffee etc not replenished on room make up. No clean cups provided either

The hotels position. Also we were put in a very small room and they moved us up to a bigger nicer one.
Needed lots of money spending on it but it seems they are doing it gradually
