Our room had its own private entrance with parking right next to it. The lady who checked us in was very friendly and welcoming. The room was heated for when we came in which was such a nice touch. The highlander soap was also very lovely. There is lots of food places near by. It was very clean as well
The kettle didn’t work in our room, it was late when we realised so didn’t get in touch with the hotel. Shower pressure isn’t great either but did the job.

Staff were excellent and extremely helpful in accommodating our access needs. We came with a large electric wheelchair, and had been given a large family room with accessible bathroom, which exceeded our expectations in comparison to other sites we have stayed at. Breakfast was lovely, staff were friendly and accommodating, and we couldn't have asked for anything.
Decoration was very basic, and furnishings could do with some maintenance eg, watermarks on the bathroom door. Very small critique, as site was otherwise clean, organised, and welcoming.
