Had a great stay there, £*** a night, bargin, ***the owner is lovely, very friendly and welcoming. She had the heating on 24/7 in the winter, room was perfect for few cheap nights stay.

The room was clean and comfortable, but with all the renovations going on at present, there wasn't any communal area worth using.
I look forward to a full English breakfast when visiting Paignton as most B&Bs offer this as standard. Instead at the Gt Western, you only get bread & butter (toast it yourself) and cerial. Very dissapointing for the price of the room.
