Lovely guesthouse in a great location, close to Paignton seafront and a short walk from train and bus links.
The room was beautifully appointed, with many thoughtful personal touches. Jo and Martin go out of their way to ensure all guests feel welcome and Martin's breakfasts are fantastic. I had a wonderful time and will definitely return.

Jo & Martin were exceptional hosts, such a lovely warm welcome.
Nothing was to much trouble.
Breakfast was delicious Martin is an excellent chef.
Fresh fruit bowls were a nice added extra, and yogurts were good too.
Jo is great full of fun and laughter ,they really do make a great team.
They should be very proud of what they have achieved.

Very welcoming, the rooms were nice and comfy, very clean! The kids loved the family room, they loved the extra touches. Breakfast was so yummy and they are so lovely and kind!

Beautiful big guest house run incredibly well by wonderful Jo and Martin. Less than a minute to the sea front. The customer service is second to none with lots of information before and during our stay. Our room was immaculate, very comfortable with plenty of tea/coffee etc. The breakfast room is very pretty, welcoming and immaculate. The breakfasts are simply amazing, beautifully cooked, piping hot and wonderfully presented. We are not usually guest house people but we absolutely will return to this one! It has been an absolute pleasure and Jo and Martin are superb hosts who should be massively proud of their wonderful business ❤️🫶❤️ Thanks so very much
