Our room was very nice and spacious, the staff was super helpful and friendly, the breakfast was excellent with a wide selection of food and drink. The location was excellent, very close to the pedestrian streets of the old town, but not being in the old town driving was easier. The parking garage was very easy and convenient. Nice to have gym facilities available as well.
The only thing that would have improved our stay here would be a coffee maker in the room.

Nice easy parking, great breakfast, hotel restaurant was also excellent we ate there both nights. Very pleasant staff. Both receptionists were fantastic & multilingual. A hotel of this calibre is a rare find.
The only suggestion is to provide instructions as to the parking entrance. You can then enter the hotel directly and via the hotel lift directly from the carpark.
Although this wad not a major issue.

Breakfast, comfortable bed, clean towels and slippers, excellent staff
The bathroom was a disappointment: I stayed in a different room before that and the bathroom there was flawless, but this time… shower barely had any pressure, no way to enable the different shower mode (I gave up on the idea to take a shower after trying for 20 minutes to make it work), visible signs of wear on the bathroom furniture, no bathtub.. Also the room, although more expensive, was of lower quality: old cabinet with a glass door that barely holds on, TV old and remote barely working. After paying more, I was surprised to find the room to be worse than the one from my previous stay.

A Nice Hotel with amazingly friendly staff, a convenient Parking Garage and a good Location to start your Visit of Biella. The Rooms are nice an spacious an clean and the Breakfast Buffet is just amazing.
