The hotel has a 24-hour staff that is very helpful and friendly. The location, while far from the city center, is easily walkable from the nearest tram station. The lobby was festively decorated!
The room was a bit sterile and outdated, but fit our needs as we were not staying inside most of the day.

The room was clean and comfortable, as displayed in the picture. Room service every other day and adequate cleaning. The staff was kind and provided timely assistance for any questions/concerns.
Although the accommodation is within a reasonable distance of the tram, it is a bit far away from the central train station.

i would enter the accomadation earlier then 2 pm
i asked the receptionist to warn me when the room is available with cleaning, i was waiting in the entrance room, novody warned me, i had to work with my laptop, while i asked them to notify me

The room was very basic as was the bathroom. No breakfast included and to get breakfast it was €20 per person. For the standard and location it’s not a great place to stay.
