Great location just outside of Reutte, very quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed the hiking paths behind the hotel and walking down the street to see the alpacas who live nearby. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was super. It is a great value as well.
There is nothing not to like, and it’s our second stay here, but this time, I felt a little bit like the staff weren’t too friendly. We are Americans living in Germany for several years and so we speak German well enough and are aware of being too loud or obnoxious (I.e. ‘too American’). However, on this stay we were with US friends who are visiting us and don’t understand the language or the customs too well yet, but are eager to learn and are very polite. Even with this, it seemed the staff weren’t too happy about them, which is too bad as it could have been a chance for my friends to feel welcomed and open to other ways of living.

Really nice hotel, room was large and modern with a retro mtb theme, im a keen mountain biker so I really appreciated that detail, breakfast was real good quality food and the hotel has a great eco attitude which we appreciate and location for walking are would be hard to beat😄🤙
Really wish we where told about the honesty bar and local takeaway pizza options as we would have just grabbed a pizza and drank the the great looking selection of beers and wines at the hotel
