The worst hotel ever that I've stayed!
Especially the male receptionist when I checked in on Mar 26th was incredibly rude, unprofessional, and lacked basic respect for guests. Even he questioned me whether I didnt use a key in my life when I seeked his help for opening the key into our room.
Such bad service ruined the overall stay.
Btw, the room is very tiny with no space for much luggage.

Great location. It’s easy to walk everywhere. Stayed 3 nights, 2 pax but booked a Triple Room for the extra space. Coming from smallish room stay in Paris, this feels like a real vacation. Very clean. There’s always someone at the reception which is very helpful, particularly the lady on day shift always has a smile on her face and was very welcoming.

This place is usually vastly overpriced; it’s worth it if the price per night for a single person is below ***. It’s usually much more than that. Otherwise the location is good, the rooms are small but good value if the price is correct. The man at reception was astonishingly rude – when I complained that they charge €3 to hold a bag for a couple of hours he screamed at me that “he’s not a baggage handler at Orly airport”. For a hotel to charge money to customers to hold a bag is absolutely unacceptable. For that reason alone I won’t come back, unless, again, they offer a decent price, which rarely happens.
