It was squeaky clean. Location was great. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was very good.
It was perhaps a little cool (for our liking) during the day. I realize for most people these may be normal temperatures, though. :D

Shower , breakfast, staff were very kind.
Thermostat was not working, luckily it’s not too sunny. Else it’ll be suffocate.

It was in a good location; the breakfast had plenty of options
The hotel only has one elevator; For the price, I was expecting more out of the rooms (a proper closet for example), and a safe… There are cheaper and better options near the 14th arrondissement/ Montrouge.
I would only consider this hotel again if it was for a very short visit (max 3 nights), I don’t recommend this place for longer stays, since you don’t have space to store anything privately. I had to use my bag as a closet/ safe for 6 nights.
