Great location, easy access by metro, close to Parc des Princes (we went to see the game). Room was cosy, clean and quiet. We could check-in earlier which was super helpful (we were travelling with 2 kids). Very friendly staff.

We were there for a Rock ein Sein festival and it was a perfect location. We went to the festival and came back by feet. I imagine it would also be very good location for sightseeing Paris as the metro station is very close and can take you directly to the city. The price is very reasonable, the staff is really nice and accommodating and the rooms are clean and modern.
I would for sure stay here again !
The room is pretty small. It had everything we needed but it was hard for us to fully open a small suitcase, so I can only imagine a trouble with a big one.

An, bed comfortable
Room was miserable. Shower drain semi blocked. Cold water in the shower was very weak so shower was too hot or just a trickle.
