Breakfast is very nice with various options. Coffee is great, pastry is great.
Parking is available, but a bit crowded. Make sure to make a reservation when booking a room, I'm not sure that there's a spot for each room.
Rooms are soundproof for noise from the road, so getting a room with a lake view (which is also a road view) is not a problem. Check-in and check-out were fast with no problems.
The only issue during our stay was the noise coming from the room above ours. It was not noise from talking or shouting, but from furniture being moved — a constant scraping of tables and chairs on ceramic tiles while the room was occupied.
I contacted the reception to report the issue. As it was New Year’s Eve and the reception had shorter working hours, I later also tried reaching them via Booking messages. Unfortunately, the situation did not change, and it turned out that there was no practical solution available at the time.
This is mentioned purely as a description of the noise issue we experienced.
I apologize if I came across as unpleasant toward the staff, on the day of our checkout.

I really enjoyed how the hotel was close to the town but not actually in the town. It's a nice walk to the town along the water. It is a little difficult to cross the street to walk lake side. The parking is a little tight. The hotel accommodated us by letting us use the hose to clean the the car seat she threw up in on the way there. We liked the view and the breakfast and bar was great!
The parking is tight but you can pay to keep your car there and walk around the town. Everything there is nice if you're on the upper floors.

Best breakfast I had in a long time. Walking distance from all shops. Had a bike ride to nearby town.
