Dino park was a huge hit with our toddler, made the weekend
-Room was quite cold when we arrived, can't control heating heating from room. Was told heating would come on again 8pm and we could use the electric heater til then. For a four star hotel I'd have thought you could control the heating. Not ideal in January.
-The bedside lockers have this glass cover on top. Both my toddler and I scratched ourselves off them on different occasions. My son got down off the bed and his stomach scaped off the corner, the edge felt chipped. Then my elbow hit off it during the night and again I had a cut from the scrape. I'd take the glass away or change the lockers.
- Pool changing area had a bad smell
- Downstairs is lovely but hotel could do with a bit of a lift in areas
- Only one small shampoo in bathroom for two people for two nights
