Comfortable Bed, Good Breakfast
Extortionate £13.00 Fee for Parking and as a Guest ! Car park made thousands in one evening. The epitome of Corporate greed. This is also a No-Cash allowed Hotel and you cannot buy your drinks at the bar with Cash.

We loved our room, the staff were really friendly and helpful. The rib restaurant was good, the lobby was well seated and the cocktails were also good.
Apart from the lack of sheer curtains on the bedroom windows the room itself was beautiful but we could see directly into other people's rooms as they could ours.
The lack of control over children running riot around the reception area, trying to play the piano was very annoying when guests were trying to enjoy a drink and chill after a long journey to get there. One last thing maybe bring your check in time forward by a couple of hours.

Stayed many times but recently like all Celtic manor resorts have seen a decline, food in restaurant was awful over cooked as was breakfast, and a very rude receptionist who shouted over my shoulder while checking out .
