Overall great value for money. Room was comfortable. Breakfast was included and there was plenty of options. Staff were all pleasant and helpful.

Great staff - very friendly and helpful
Pillows were not comfortable for me but I knew that would be the case from previous visits. A little too hot in the room as well and there was a slight leak from the toilet. I was only staying one night and was off at 7.30am so it was just a bed for the night.
I didn't bother with breakfast as I didn't enjoy it last year when I stayed so I went next door to Starbucks for a large coffee there.

Staff were helpful and polite. Room was big enough
The toilet was faulty and water was running loudly into basin almost our entire stay. Lot of noise in corridor. Paid for what was supposed to be a room with streaming services but they were not working. When it was queried we were told there were no maintenance people they had all gone home. So we were stuck with gurgling water noises from the bathroom and we didn't get the facilities we prepaid for in full. Very unhappy.
