Have visited Melia White House many times as the location is good and the hotel is lovely. Easy transport routes are virtually outside the door giving access to London's many attractions. The staff are exceptional and very helpful making every day a joy. There is a good bar and restaurant plus breakfast is amazing.
At £50 the overnight pet charge is very high compared to other hotels and although a cosy bed is provided with 2 bowls, that is it. The staff make up for this as everyone talks to him and he loves it.

Room was exceptional, incredibly spacious, and the bed and pillows were so comfy. Even with a comfy bed, if the pillows are rubbish it can ruin the comfort but this was not the case!
My daughter left her comfort blanket in the room, and the upset was unbearable, but Sofia in housekeeping emailed me immediately upon finding it, kept it safe, bent over backward to help arrange a collection service and it is being delivered back today - honestly can't thank and praise you enough, the staff were amazing!!

The bed was comfy, nice location. Very clean room
Breakfast was prepared way in advance, black pudding was horrible, could not bite. The room was decent, but many appliances didn't work (coffee machine, electrical sockets).
