The property is right in the heart of Brugge, a stone's throw from the Markt Square. I could see the tower of the Belfort from the bed.
The bathroom was excellent, with a large bath and shower. We also liked having a fridge in the room.
The decor of the hotel is a bit worse for wear, with some of the wallpaper starting to peel.
The mattress of the bed is definitely in need of replacement. It felt like it was missing some springs on one side.
We didn't see any staff throughout our stay, and our bin was getting very full after 4 nights.

Very good location and very spacious room! Very clean and comfortable bed.
When in the shower? The water dies not drain fast enough so it overflows the bathroom.
It takes a long time for the toilet to be able to flush again.
It was very warm in the room, even though I turned of the heaters and opened the window.

The location was prime. It had a lot of space.
The whole place smelled like sewer. The toilet room was minuscule - and difficult to maneuver in. The place felt a little dingey and dirty. There was really no place to sit except the bed.
