This was a wonderful place to stay in Dingle, one of my favorite B&B' ever! Free parking in a gated courtyard (they give you a code before you get there) and very explicit check in instructions even though proprietor not on site at time of our late (ish) night check in. My name written in chalk on the little slate sign on the bedroom door was a lovely touch. The room was HUGE with en suite clean and tidy bathroom. I loved the wooden beams and the slanted roof windows onto which the rain gently tapped- but it was dark enough with shades and curtains. Every detail was attended to (including a basket of beach towels and a pile of umbrellas if needed). We were within walking distance of everything, and the breakfasts were out of this world (better than I have had in restaurant). It was wonderful to have a healthy "power bowl" option as I was pretty much "Irish breakfasted" out. Pancakes were heavenly. Best of all were proprietress (Helena) and her daughter (Ali) who had so much to share- both about Irish history and the town of Dingle itself. I wish we had stayed longer. I was surprised at how much I loved Dingle and would love to go back. I would not stay anywhere else!
Water in the room. But (shhhh) we nicked a bottle from the tablet under the stairs (I think that's what it was there for).

Location was great. Secure private parking was great. It was clean and breakfast was very good.
Unlike the typical B & B , it was very impersonal. No one ever talked to us until we were leaving. We could only guess who the owners were. The bathroom was tiny with a mirror so small it was almost unusable, and there was no place to set toiletries. The bathroom could use updating.
