The room we stayed was nice and clean. I guess we came after the place is newly renovated so everything was new. But the facility could be improved for small things like towel racks/hanger, more soaps but its okay. The room is not soundproof at all so noise from the hallway and other rooms was clear. Driving in Bolzano is the worse experience when you dont have parking. We tried contacting the place before arriving for parking reservation as stated in booking but no response at all. We struggled to find parking everyday here. Hourly rates for prking are €3 per hours, very pricey. Also very limited parking for outsiders (blue box) in the whole town. Both emergency numbers provided is not contactable. On the last day before check out we come back at 10.10am to take our belongings but the room is already locked. The check out time at agoda stated at 10.30am. Here we find issue again to contact anyone. Luckily after a few attempts we managed to talk to the customer support and get the cleaner to open the room for us. Location was very central and great but I wont come back to this place.
