During the holiday period min. 1 week, outside the holiday period min. 3 days (= 2 nights).
With large underground garage (max. Height 1.70 m) within walking distance.

Living room: sofa bed (160 cm), flatscreen, radio.
Kitchen: fridge with freezer, ceramic hob, microwave, coffee maker + Senseo.
Bathroom: bathtub with shower curtain, sink and toilet.
Bedroom: 1 large bed 160 cm (washbasin in the room).
Small bicycle parking on the ground floor. Elevator (max 4 people).
Pets not allowed.
Non-smokers.
Upon departure, the tenant must CLEAN the apartment. The owner reserves the right to withhold the full amount of the deposit if the cleaning has not been performed properly

Nous avons passer un merveilleux séjour , l'appartement est propre et fonctionnel , vue sur mer.
Pa de wifi mais cela ne nous a pas déranger . Le balcon se trouve sur l'arrière du bâtiment mais la vue sur la mer nous a suffit . Parfait pour de belles vacances
