Casa Bella Vista Levo is a terraced house, part of an elegant condominium, surrounded by nature with a unique and breathtaking view of Lake Maggiore.
The property is on two floors: on the ground floor you will find a sitting area, a double bedroom, the bathroom, the closet and the kitchen. The first floor, finished with parquet and exposed wooden beams, is dedicated to the second bedroom, with two single beds, and a lounge area with sofa and TV.
The property is surrounded by a panoramic terrace overlooking the lake, where our guests will have the opportunity to have lunch enjoying a unique view.
A private garden, perfect for sunbathing, equipped with a barbecue ideal for days with family or friends, complete the property.
Private outdoor parking is available for guests.
The property has been recently renovated and furnished with elegant and functional furniture and accessories, in order to guarantee our guests an even more comfortable stay.

2. 5 hours by train from Geneva airport (GVA) (to Stresa);
45 minutes by car from the Swiss border.
Italian legislation provides for the need to send a copy of an identity document of each guest to the police headquarters within 24 hours from the moment of check-in. A copy of the documents will then be requested at the time of booking. Thanks for understanding.
The Municipality of Stresa provides for the payment of a tourist tax of € 1.00 per night for each guest (children under 6 years excluded). The amount, in cash, will be cashed upon check-in.

Beautiful home with great views. The location is great. Neighbors were friendly. The birthday pie that was left on my birthday was so kind and thoughtful. Loved it. The home was clean and chic. Close to the areas I visited like Varenna, Milano, Turin and Lugano. I will definitely be back.

Space was clean, efficient, and the view was amazing! Just the place for a stay near Lago Maggiore.

The view is beautiful. Townhome is located a short drive above Stresa. Dedicated parking spot. Home is updated and has all kitchen supplies needed. Host left wine, pastries and a sweet note as it was three of our family members birthdays. Check in was easy.

The house, the view and the surroundings are really great and just like it looks in the photos. The landlords are super nice and helpful.
Unfortunately we didn't have good weather, it was quite cool and very rainy, but we will definitely come back to enjoy the location in summer with lots of sunshine
