There was enough space for 4 adults and 4 kids, and the kids enjoyed having their own separate space in the games room. It was also good having two toilets, with the en-suite.
It wasn’t relaxing or that pleasant to sit around outside (it was a bit noisy from road traffic, and the grass was quite long and the garden was overgrown).

Quiet part of Akaroa
TV reception was limited and poor (no channel 9) having to use my laptop to watch television.
The bed and the sofa was ok but at times ended up with a numb back side having them be thin on a slatted bed.
‘Holiday by the beach’ is false advertising as it is not by the beach but on the main road with no views of water whatsoever ever.
