Welcome to Wine Country!! A fully renovated Chateau on 10 acres with access to hiking trails located on and along your property. This beautiful home is within several miles of some of Willamette Valley's finest wineries and vineyards! Hike the trails in the morning and wine taste all day!! Come home and relax on the beautiful deck with your friends and family. Finish your day with a soak in your beautiful master bath listening to the birds and frogs as you wind down.
When you are not here this is our home. We have made it modern and contemporary and very FUNCTIONAL. The chairs are comfortable, the mattresses are comfortable and we spare no expense with the linens. 5 star personalized touches await you to make your stay luxurious and relaxing. We have everything you need to experience the best of Oregon. This is a home to create wonderful memories with your loved ones. We truly want you to have a wonderful experience and hope you appreciate some of our spa like touches.This home includes 3bedrooms and 2baths, furnished with everything you need. The large open living space allows for ease of entertainment while making dinner in your fully equipped kitchen, or conversing in the comfort of the large deck. Please read the house rules below and text us the CODE WORD at time of reservation. Everyone is welcome in our space no matter your ethnicity, gender, or sexual orientation, country of origin etc. If you are kind and respectful we look forward to welcoming you!
House Rules:
We apologize in advance for the laundry list, we promise that each and every rule has a story behind it of someone not exercising common sense or respect for our property. We try our hardest to provide you with a wonderful visit and ask for your consideration of our home. 1. Only registered guests allowed on the property. Due to VRBO policies and liability insurance ,unregistered guests are not allowed on property at any time. This includes children and infants. Guests are responsible for updating reservation prior to check in for any change in number of occupants ( not to exceed 7). Please include infants and little ones in your head count. 2. No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property, not even if you smoke outside. NOT 420 friendly. ( we don’t personally care but it is a liability if left behind and missed in a cleaning). Minimum $500.00 fee if violated and immediate eviction without refund. 3. Property is not child proofed. Guests accept all risks associated. Please note, there is an unfenced pond on the property. 4. No cats allowed not even ESA due to owner life threatening allergy. Non compliance will result in $1500.00 charge for allergy mitigation and immediate eviction without refund. 5. Dog policy No more than 2 dogs allowed with advance notification. There is a 50.00 fee for the 2nd dog. No dogs under 1 year old, certain breed restrictions apply due to insurance limitation. To be approved guests must provide ages, breed, and list the dog/s at time of reservation. Please message owner this information at time of reservation. Unapproved dogs will result in eviction without refund at the hosts discretion. Dogs must be kept out of the bedrooms, and off patio furniture. Dogs are not to be left attended in the home for extended periods. If evidence of pets are found in bedrooms or on patio furniture, guest will pay a $100.00 additional cleaning fee. We provide a crate in the garage if needed, doggy door, and some old linens. Please do not use our good linens to clean your dog. Oregon is very dog friendly and so are we, we just need to be considerate of our future guests. 6. No firearms allowed on the property 7. Please do not have mail or packages delivered to the property. There is no guest access to the mailbox and amazon is running behind these days. We can direct you to Amazon lockers nearby if needed. 8. No more than 3 cars allowed on property. Code word: OREGON. No rv’s, semi trucks, trailers, campers, or large travel vans allowed on property. Please drive slowly on the dirt/gravel road outside of our home. Our neighbors are out daily walking with dogs off leash and we want them to feel safe. Please be advised there are cameras located outside front of property and rear (outdoors only ). Parties and events are not permitted on the property. Weddings, receptions, luaus, are strictly prohibited. Again, we need the cooperation of our neighbors and need to respect their neighborhood. Please be mindful of noise. Immaculate and cozy was my first impression. It's certainly off the beaten path and that was great for us. This happenned to be a triple digit weekend and the ac was such an oasis after an afternoon if celebrating a high school graduation. Everything you would need for cooking dinners, having game night or sitting outside and just hanging out with your people. Discovered a whole new area outside if Portland that I definitely will go back to! Thank you gor the hospitality.

Everything about this home was perfect. Great for just relaxing and enjoying nature and visiting family with good food, drink and laughter. The property owners were very accessible for any questions we had. Thank you for sharing your lovely home.

You can expect a clean property with all the home essentials in a beautiful, secluded area. The house is better than the photos suggest. Easy self check in process and clear rules/expectations. Note that groceries must be brought in as there is not much around and there is not ac in the bedrooms, however we were comfortable with opening the windows at night. We loved the tall matures trees and seeing all the animals. Would love to return.
