This is a beautiful property, slightly away from the main town of Belluno but not an issue as it is a speedy drive. Good parking available and happy doggies (if you are lucky to see them!)
The people hosting the property were wonderful, kind, and happy :)
The restaurant served a great breakfast spread, with eggs made to order; you can tell they were cooked with love! It was one of the loveliest experiences I have had.

Our apartment had a lot of place, it could for 4 adults. Nice upper floor has large bed and bathroom. Nice roof windows. Bottom floor is living room with small kitchen. We loved that it is dog friendly place and very calm. Small but tasty breakfast.
Check in procedure could be improved so there is no dependency on calling the owner but maybe with codebox. Our apartment was a bit cold even heating was on, could be warmer. Communication in English might be tricky, it works for basics.

Peace and quiet, beautifull scenery. Just perfect.
Comunication with the host could be better. I send a notice that i am areiving earlier than regular check in which was confirmed, and still after 7 hour trip i had to wait in a car more then an hour before somebody answered on my calls.

the location is very nice, central and accessible and quite. Nice fresh bread and croissants(hot) for breakfast
Cleanliness of the apartment, broken bathroom sink, sofa visibly dirty(stained), cobwebs around the place. Also, plates and cups at breakfast were chipped. Also breakfast was not consistent, sometimes you are offered cheese and salami, sometimes no.
