Breakfast was very good and the property itself was beautiful from the outside. Staff was friendly enough upon arrival and made our initial impression good.
There was a quite pungent smell pervading the inside of the property which smelled like cheap odor masking plug-ins. The room itself was just ok. The flooring was tired looking and needed replacement, our tea service was dirty, and we would have preferred staying in town, though we weren't far away.
