- The apartment was clean and well-maintained
- The location is really nice (especially if you have a car) for skiing since you are between Garmisch Klassik and Zugspitze Ski areas.
- The apartment was well equipped (we cooked both nights)
- There is a very well-equipped sauna area (though we ended up not having enough time during our stay to use it)
- The value for money was exceptional, this is the lowest nightly rate I have paid for a hotel in Germany, and a far higher quality than most.
- Interior and exterior are carefully maintained with clear instructions and easy check-in and out.
- You can see lots of love has gone into the property in general!
- Photos on booking.com are accurate and clear.
Note: for the sauna area there is a (in our eyes very fair) âŹ22 charge. It's best to plan your visit to it a little in advance to make optimal use of it, since it also takes ~ 1hr to warm up.

Great staff, location unbeatable
spider webs in the room, towels and linens are a bit old, it would be worth changing them. Room was very small, bathroom and living room in one:(
