Zeer mooi opgeknapte woning, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien, is een groot contrast met de buiten omgeving.
De vele bouwactiviteiten (glasvezel) aanleg buiten, geven vanaf 07:00 uur, regelmatig geluidsoverlast, en beperken de vrije parkeerruimte voor de auto, daarnaast was de toegang tot de woning weinig uitnodigend, zij- en achterzijde in de steigers, balcon niet bruikbaar, of je moet een steiger of stapels stenen interessant vinden, hoge score is dus vanwege binnenkant, buitenkant en omgeving zou max. 2 scoren

Kontakt zum Vermieter war gut, hat alle Fragen beantwortet,
Wohnung war nicht gereinigt, erst eine Stunde später nach Ankunft
Tür zwischen Wohnzimmer und Flur fehlt, ist nicht eingebaut
Ablage für Koffer und Kleiderhaken fehlen noch, mussten alles auf den Boden legen, im Bad und Garderobe
wusste nix von einem Baugerüst am Haus
zweiter Schlüssel wäre schön

Good property, centrally located, newly renovated with updated floor heating system. Rooms are decently sized, has all amenities required for a long term stay as well.
Very helpful owner
The building has some renovations on the outside which we were not aware during booking. It was later clarified however that it's just work on the outer fassade , the view is blocked but didn't bother us too much.
