LBefore we arrived we was told our apartment wasn't available but was offered a bigger house instead which was excellent,very comfy and very well equipped.its a very quite residential complex with a lovely village just up the road.michael our host was brilliant couldn't ask for more..we are a couple that don't mind walking for miles but a hire car/ bike is very advisable..Villeneuve-Loubet its self has great direct train links to cannes, monaco, nice and all the other coastal places.we would definitely return here 😊😊
We felt the pool wasn't being cleaned properly however it wasn't bad enough that you couldn't use it..getting taxi's even with taxi apps is a nightmare (even the local restaurant owners agreed it was a problem)

Nice and good personal, alls elteknic was working fine. Quiet, everything easy going.☆☆☆☆☆😄
When we arrive it smällde smork, but it disppear after 2 days.

Vaisselle variée, climatiseur en période caniculaire, piscine.
Pas de Wifi, manque de propreté, une baignoire sans bonde donc inutile. Limitation accès piscine. Caution non prévue mais demandée.
