An excellent hotel with wonderful hosts, Marija and Ljuba. Everything was very clean. The lovely Ljuba would knock on the door every two days to collect the trash and provide fresh towels.
Some reviews warned about a steep climb, but it honestly wasn't an issue for us. Half of the Budva biult this way, if you just walk steady instead if running uphill, there is no problem at all. It’s located just a 5–7 minute walk from the most affordable grocery store in Budva, HDL. A smaller, slightly more expensive shop (Boka 6) is very close by, only 2–3 minutes away. The view from the room is absolutely stunning.

We had a wonderful stay at Lazy Hill Apartment. The apartment had everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. It was very clean, modern, and well maintained. Easily the best place I’ve stayed in Budva — I would highly recommend it.”

We enjoyed the pooll near the room doors. The pooll was clean and nice to relax after hot day.
The smell in the room, like mold or something rotten, especially from the kitchen cabinets. We informed staff about it, but nothing has changed, they just opened and left all the cabinets open. Smell become even stronger. There was no free rooms for change it. Towell also had a bad smell, like they where washed month ago.
Very disappointing and bad experience.
