1 km from the Beach, in Erdeven, in Brittany, south of Morbihan (TOURIST COMMUNE), at the gates of the great dune site Gavres-Quiberon and 5 km from the Quiberon peninsula, Chantal and Paul offer you rental, an 80 m2 apartment for 4 people (+ 1 baby), labeled 3 Clévacances keys (056MS 647) in their farmhouse, on the ground floor.
A large bright living room includes a very well equipped fitted kitchen, a living room with sitting area (sofa bed) and flat screen TV.
You will also appreciate the moments of relaxation in the slate veranda.
Various comfort facilities are available: washing machine, dishwasher in the cellar, bathroom (shower with thermostatic tap), w. vs. independent, heating (with supplement) and Wifi internet access.
Free loan of a travel cot and high chair.
The apartment has 2 recently renovated double bedrooms: one bedroom with 1 140x190 bed and one double: 2 single beds (or a large 160x200 bed).
Beds can be made on arrival (with a supplement of 10 euros per bed).
You will appreciate the cupboards with wardrobe and shelves in each room and in the adjoining corridor.
Free supply of a travel cot and high chair.

-and a double: a large bed of 160x200 or 2 beds of 80x200 and 2 bedside tables.

Outside, the enclosed courtyard is shared with the owners and tenants.
Possibility to store in the attached barn bikes, boards ...
Private parking is available in front of the cottage.
Behind the house, a 1500 m² plot with a portico is a joy for children (spring and summer). To share with the owners' hens.
Below, a pretty corner of enclosed greenery, near the fountain and the washhouse can be a haven of peace for a nap in the shade of the weeping willow (for adults).
The rental is non-smoking.
You are guaranteed to find calm and conviviality.
Not living on site, (our main residence is located 200 meters from the cottage), we invite you to contact us by phone or text to give us the approximate time of your arrival.
You can practice many activities in the surroundings:
-On the beaches: swimming, kite-surfing, sand yachting, windsurfing, fishing, paddle, kites, ULM….
- Hiking and cycling (the cottage is located near the many hiking trails of Erdeven. Over 80 kilometers in the countryside, towards megaliths, towards beaches, dunes, the Ria d'Etel ...)
-The horse riding,
-Golf (Golf de Saint Laurent at 5 km), mini-golf (1km),
- Leisure parks (addicted to Adrenaline Forest branches, Le P’tit Délire play park) 6 kms
-and visit many sites:
-The great dune site Gavres-Quiberon.
- the megaliths of Erdeven and Carnac, the Kéravéon park, the Ria d'Etel, the port of Trinité-sur-mer.
-The Quiberon peninsula and the wild coast.
-The Gulf of Morbihan and its many islands.
-The fishing village of the Island of Saint Cado on the Ria of Etel,
-The islands: Belle-Ile, Houat, Hoedic, Groix
-Very rich religious heritage: the 2 abbeys of Kergonan (7 km away), the chapels and fountains to discover in the hamlets.

Très bon séjour dans ce logement. Chantal et Paul sont accueillants et vraiment adorables. Le logis est parfait. Nous y retournerons dès que nous pourrons.

Nous avons apprécié beaucoup notre séjour. Chantal a été fabuleuse, nous a même concocté un plat breton. L’appartement est propre clair et bien équipé. L’environnement est excellent, une belle plage à proximité, des restaurants très bons. Je recommande fortement.
Si je ne demeurais pas si loin, je retournerais passer des vacances plus longues.

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine à Erdeven. La maison est très agréable, fonctionnelle, bien équipée et bien située, proche de la plage et des sentiers de randonnée. Enfin il faut souligner la qualité de l'accueil.
